01

How it works

Three steps, then the robot does the daily work. You can watch every move, change the rules or take back control at any time.

  1. 1

    Connect

Link your website, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console, Analytics, your CRM and your email tool. Pick read only or read and write for each one. It takes about ten minutes, and no developer is needed.

  2. 2

    Set budget and goal

Tell the robot what you sell, how much you spend each month and what counts as a win: demos, leads, sales, calls or bookings. Add guardrails such as a daily spend limit and words your brand never uses.

  3. 3

    Robot runs

The robot builds a 30 day plan, splits the budget across channels and starts the first tasks. Each day it checks results, pauses what loses money and moves budget to what works. You get a report every week.

02

What changes in your business

Small businesses rarely lose on ideas. They lose on follow-through: ads nobody checks, articles nobody writes, a list nobody emails. The robot does the follow-through.

02.1

Get your evenings back

You stop logging into five dashboards after work. The robot reads them all every morning and gives you one short list: what it did, what it wants to do next and what needs your yes. Approvals sit in that same list, so a weekly check takes minutes.

Analytics Robot joins Google Analytics, your ad accounts and your CRM into one weekly report, with revenue by channel instead of clicks.

02.2

Stop paying for ads that do not work

Most small accounts carry a few ad groups that eat money and bring nothing back. Nobody turns them off because nobody has time to look. The robot looks every day, pauses the losers and moves that money to the campaigns that bring customers.

Ads Robot manages Google Ads and Meta Ads: campaigns, ad groups, new ads, negative keywords, daily budget moves, all inside your spend caps.

02.3

Show up when customers search

Search traffic keeps paying long after the work is done, yet most small sites publish once a quarter. The robot finds the questions your buyers type into Google, writes the pages that answer them and links them to the rest of your site.

SEO Robot reads Search Console, finds keyword gaps, writes briefs and articles and fixes internal links. Content Robot keeps it all in your brand voice.

02.4

Sell again to people who already bought

Your email list is the cheapest channel you have, and it usually sits unused. The robot plans the newsletter, writes it, picks the right segment and sends it at a good time. Welcome and win-back flows run on their own.

Email Robot works with Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Brevo: newsletters, automated flows and segments, with your approval before anything goes out in Copilot.

03

You choose how much it does alone

Three autonomy levels, one switch. Start with approvals for everything and give the robot more room once you trust its calls. You can change the level for each brand at any time.

Eight robots, one agent, one budget

Each robot owns one job and reports to the same agent, so your ads, content, email and reports follow one plan and one budget instead of eight separate tools.

Starter runs three of them. Growth and up run all eight, and the agent decides each week which robot gets the next dollar and the next task.

05

What would the same work cost you

Put in your own numbers. The calculator compares a hire, an agency retainer and a MarketingRobot plan. It is an estimate: salaries and retainers vary a lot by city and skill.

A common range in the US is $6,000 to $9,000.

Small business retainers usually run $3,000 to $10,000.

Estimate only. Ad spend is the same in all three options and is not included. A person brings judgment the robot does not have, which is why the robot asks for approval wherever you want it to.

06

For the person who signs the budget

You are trusting software with real money. These are the rules that keep the robot inside your limits, and how the three ways of getting marketing done compare.

06.1

Hard spend caps

A monthly cap and a daily limit the robot cannot pass, plus stop rules on cost per result.

06.2

Every action logged and reversible

Each change has a timestamp, a reason and an undo button. Nothing happens off the record.

06.3

Ad money stays in your accounts

You pay the ad networks directly. We never hold, route or mark up your ad budget.

06.4

Flat price, no percent of spend

Your plan price does not grow when your ad budget grows.

06.5

Cancel any time

Monthly plans stop at the end of the month. Your campaigns and content stay where they are.

06.6

Export everything

Plans, the action log and reports download as files whenever you want them.

Built for businesses like yours

The robot starts from your goal. A demo, a sale, a phone call and a booking each need a different mix of channels, so the plan is different for each kind of business.

Questions owners ask first

Something else on your mind? Write to [email protected].

01

Will the robot burn my ad budget?

No. You set a hard monthly cap, a daily spend limit and the largest budget shift allowed per day. The robot cannot go past them, and new accounts start in Copilot, where nothing changes until you approve it. If spend runs ahead of plan, stop rules pause the robot and tell you why.

02

Do I need to give it full access to my accounts?

No. You connect one channel at a time and choose read only or read and write for each one. In Copilot, read access is enough: the robot analyzes and proposes, you click approve. You can disconnect any channel in one click, and the robot loses access at once.

03

Is this just another AI post generator?

No. A post generator gives you more text to publish yourself. MarketingRobot does the work: it builds and pauses ad campaigns, moves budget between channels, publishes landing pages and articles, sends newsletters and reports revenue by channel. Writing is one small part of it.

04

What happens if I cancel?

The robot stops at the end of your paid period. Your campaigns, ads, pages and email lists stay in your own accounts because they were always yours. You can export your plans, the action log and your reports before you go. There is no cancellation fee.

05

Does it work for my size and type of business?

It is built for small and mid businesses: SaaS companies, online stores, local service businesses and small agencies. It works best from about $500 a month in ad spend. With a smaller budget the robot leans on SEO, email and organic social, which cost time rather than money.

06

Do you take a cut of my ad spend?

No. You pay a flat monthly or yearly price for your plan. Your ad money goes straight from your card to the ad networks, inside your own ad accounts. Spending more on ads never raises your MarketingRobot bill.

07

How is this different from hiring an agency?

An agency retainer usually costs $3,000 to $10,000 a month, takes weeks to start and reports once a month. MarketingRobot starts the day you connect your accounts, works every day, shows every action in a live log and costs a fraction of a retainer. You keep full control and can undo any change.

08

What happens to my data?

Your data is used only to run your marketing. Access tokens are encrypted, each channel has its own scoped access, and we never sell or share your data. You can export everything and delete your account at any time. Details are on the security page.

09

What exactly happens in Copilot mode?

In Copilot the robot does all the thinking and none of the clicking. It reads your accounts, finds what to fix, drafts the change and puts it in your Approvals inbox with the reason and the expected effect. Nothing goes live until you approve it. Most people start here and switch to Autopilot after a few weeks.

10

How do I start?

Type what you sell, your monthly budget and your goal into the planner at the top of this page. You get a channel budget split and the first robot tasks in seconds, with no account needed. Create an account to see the full 30 day plan, then pick a plan to start the robot.
